So today the baby fell in the pool...

and the fact that it was this little cutie made it no less frightening. Safe and sound in the nest gnawing on palm bark now. Poor little guy! It was cold in there.

the baby squirrels have been using the queen palm fruit bark that fell horizontally as an extension of their nest. It is like a little canoe and it can hold a few of them at a time in it. It really is cute.
