Sandhill Cranes around Derexa Pond

The male sandhill crane (no pic of him as he was too far for my lense) was making a big ruckus over at the derexa pond so I went over to find out what was going on. Observing I concluded this...The husband wanted to go one way and the wife wanted to go the other. She wasn't paying one bit attention to him either, and you can tell by her strut, just look at her. Purposely defying him and walking in the total opposite direction all the while he threw his fit. Anyways, he continued to rattle his loud noises that echoed through the subdivision, and she joined up with some ducks continuing to graze, and move in the opposite direction.  This species is on the Florida Endangered and Threatened Species list. It is also illegal to feed them as they will become aggressive.
