Back around the third week in February I started my Parsley by seed. Here it is today waiting on the beautiful Black Swallowtail to lay it's eggs. I did see one pass through here a few weeks ago and noticed something is eating this host plant already. Not big enough to notice yet but soon as it is I will photograph the little bugger. Parsley, Dill, Fennel, Rue, Carrots, Queens Ann Lace are favorites for the Black Swallowtail caterpillars to munch on.
