Did the Chemical Application to our subdivisions pond kills fish?

Sure seems like it. 100's of fish die of apparent oxygen deprivation shortly after a chemical application at our Derexa Rd. pond. Here is a turkey vulgar just waiting for it to float close enough to grab. Our neighborhood saw bald eagles circling and then the smell, that's when it was discovered what was happening at the pond.
